If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@vlitra.com within 24 hours of placing it. Outside of that window, we cannot guarantee changes as your item may already be in production.

- Production Time: It takes 3-5 business days to design, craft, and pack your personalized item.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 14-17 business days.

A: Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. We hope you understand that a custom piece cannot be resold.

A: We are so sorry about that! If your item arrives defective, damaged, or features the wrong customization, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@vlitra.com.
